Shadow Work Library looks to move beyond ideologies and self-development cliches to create an audio and video library of personal negative patterning and their strategies for transmutation. The show’s content is a combination of sociology, science, theology, history and storytelling, created with the intention of engaging with the whole person – intellect, body, and intuition - to create honest discussions about what it means to live a full life well lived.
